The exact scope is confirmed after an inquiry, property review, and handover-time confirmation, and condition photos may be used to support the review.

Service charges are based on the confirmed scope and property condition, and a final fixed price is not promised before review. For larger projects, a custom quote may apply and a deposit may be requested before the visit is confirmed. Accepted payment methods are arranged during booking.

Clean Sweep Pros does not guarantee sterilization, medical-grade disinfection, removal of every allergen, or specialist work outside the agreed service description.
